21 Day Fix Workout Vlog Day 1: Total Body Cardio Fix
Today I started a new round of 21 Day Fix. This is about round 10 but I may have done more. I haven’t been consistent with my nutrition or workouts in about 3 weeks. This program is the one I always come back to when I need to build my momentum, motivation and get really good results. It’s time I re-discover my power again.
