Make sure you contact management system has a place to take notes and even a plan to contact them with reminders. Let no contact or customer fall through the cracks again. The best management system also includes an email system that can send out unique message based on the point of the sales process each contact is in. This allows the system to work for you as you sleep.
One way to capture your prospect’s name and e-mail is to have them complete a form in order to receive valuable free information.
